Pricing and payment
How much does a home nurse cost in Morocco?
At Soinchezvous procedures start at 130 MAD, and most routine care falls between 130 and 300 MAD depending on complexity. Some treatments, such as pressure sores, are priced by the grade of the wound. The price follows the procedure, not the distance.
Is travel billed on top of the treatment?
No. The quoted price covers the treatment including travel, anywhere in the Rabat–Salé–Témara area.
How can I pay?
Payment is made in cash at the end of the visit.
Booking a visit
How do I book a home visit?
By phone or WhatsApp. Describe the care needed, your district and the patient’s condition, and we confirm feasibility and a slot right away. There is no form to fill in and no account to create.
How quickly can someone come?
Subject to availability, a same-day visit can often be arranged in Rabat, Salé and Témara. For recurring care — dressings, infusions, catheter changes — we set a standing slot so you never have to call back.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 08:00–20:00 and Saturday 09:00–16:00. Sunday is reserved for urgent follow-up of patients already under our care.
Which cities do you cover?
Rabat, Salé and Témara, plus Harhoura and Ain Atig. We work in every district of those cities, from Agdal to Tabriquet.
Care and safety
What treatments can you perform at home?
Urinary catheterisation, pressure sore and chronic wound care, post-operative dressings, infusions and injections, vital-sign monitoring and palliative support. Each service has its own page setting out indications, contraindications and how the visit unfolds.
Do I need a prescription for a home visit?
For any prescribed procedure — infusion, injection, catheterisation, post-operative dressing — the prescription is required, and the hospital discharge summary is very useful if you have one. A simple home assessment needs no prescription.
Is home care as safe as hospital care?
For the procedures we perform, yes: we apply the same aseptic protocols used in a clinic — sterile field, single-use equipment, written traceability. Anything that is a life-threatening emergency or needs heavy technical equipment does not belong at home, and we will say so plainly rather than accept a visit that should not happen.
What should I do in a life-threatening emergency?
Call the emergency services immediately. Soinchezvous is not an emergency service: we handle scheduled care and post-acute follow-up once the patient is stable.
What should I prepare before the visit?
A well-lit room, access to water, the prescription and discharge summary if you have one, and the list of current medication. We bring the sterile equipment.
